Support Our Efforts

The firefighters of the Roseland Volunteer Fire Department volunteer tens of thousands of hours every year.   While some of this is responding to emergencies, much of it is training drills, maintaining equipment and the firehouse, and being involved in community events.

In the fall we conduct fire safety visits, host Fire Prevention week activities, and run the "Lunch with Sparky".   In the winter we deliver Santa to the tree lighting and bring Santa and the holiday engine around town. In the spring we sponsor sports teams, the Run for the Roses 5K, and area scholarships.   We stand by at Roseland Day, march in the Memorial Day parade, stand by for July 4 fireworks, and a variety of other events.   None of our members are paid for their services.

All of these events, our training, and gear cost money. All of our community initiatives are completed funded by donations. Please consider donating to support our endeavors.
